Plan Design

The Centurion team works closely with clients to develop a full understanding of your organization’s financial health and risk. We use our assessment to customize a program for both your business’ needs and those of your employees. We continually identify and educate clients on alternative funding methods, consumer driven health care trends, predictive risk modeling, worksite wellness and an optional voluntary benefits program.

Renewal Negotiation

We provide competitive renewals thanks to our attention to detail regarding plan design, implementation and a utilization review. Our extensive knowledge of the marketplace is enhanced by our bargaining power with underwriters, and we are experts in conducting hassle free carrier changes.

Installation

When change is necessary, our service professionals, not carrier or vendor personnel, coordinate the entire transition process. We prepare enrollment materials, handouts, monitor the production of benefit booklets and issuance of ID cards, and coordinate the implementation of ancillary products and services. We provide this service with minimal disruption to business and inconvenience to your employees, because we understand the importance of a seamless transition.

Employee Communication

The key to a well managed employee benefit program is employee education and communication. Informed employees are less likely to be disgruntled. Employee satisfaction is our goal, which is why we conduct employee meetings and serve as your employee advocate to resolve benefits and claims issues.

We conduct complementary educational seminars and risk management training. It also serves as a centralized location for employee communications, vacation tracking, life event management, and handbook, policy and resource storage. This virtual assistant is designed to streamline ongoing HR task workflows for both professionals and employees.
